Yes! All QDD photography sessions are posted in the SHOP section of the website. There you can select the photos and sizes of prints you’d like to order. Pay via PayPal and your prints will be on their way! For commercial and portrait clients, we offer digital downloads of entire galleries and password-protected proofs.
Yes! We offer two levels of website maintenance plans as an alternative for clients who do not wish to handle security and content updates. These plans can serve as “insurance” and peace of mind that a web admin will be logging into your site at least twice a month to check for any security issues and running updates.
The SECURE plan, only includes security and plugin maintenance, meaning you will need to make your own content updates or submit them to QDD and pay a fee. The MAINTAIN plan is our full service maintenance package that also includes all updates to your site including text edits or additions, adding or removing photos, etc. in addition to security and plugin management. While the goal of our custom WordPress websites is to give you a beautiful site that you can edit yourself, the maintenance package is a great option for those who don’t have the time to keep their website up-to-date. Both the SECURE and MAINTAIN plans may be billed monthly, or pre-pay for a full year and receive 1 month free!
Printing typically takes about 3 to 7 business days depending on the project. Shipping options can vary from overnight to ground (5-7 days). We’ll work with you and with the printer to make sure you get your project on time.
Absolutely. We work with an extensive network of printers across the country that can meet any of your project needs. We’ll work with our printers to find the best price and timeline for your project, and most of our printers offer drop shipping directly to you.
Yes, we offer rush options for graphic design and printing for an additional cost, which varies on the type of project and how quickly you need it completed. Give us a call to see what we can do.
Not directly. We work with some of the largest and most secure web hosting providers in the country and will help facilitate the set-up of your site. Once everything is set up, the hosting and domain will be listed in your name, so you don’t have to go through us for renewals and maintenance.
To an extent. We’ll ask that you provide the basics and we can help you “beef up” your content. If you do need full copywriting services, we work with a huge network of creative folks who we can call upon as well.

Most graphic design jobs can be completed in 7-10 business days. Larger projects may be 2-3 weeks in production. Our custom WordPress websites require 6-8 weeks for development.

As a QDD client, you will be involved in the process from start to finish. We encourage you to show us any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas you may have to help us get an idea of your style before we get started. During the design process, we’ll ask you to approve colors and fonts, tell us which options you prefer and ask for your edits. Once the design is complete, you’ll have the option for one more final approval before we package the digital files for you or send the project to the printer.
Timely communication is number one. It is imperative that the client communicates changes in a project, timelines, or anything related to the project and due date. Submission of files on time is also very important. We always appreciate when a client makes timely payments as well!
All new clients must submit a new client form and agree to our terms of service. Then, a 50% deposit is due prior to start of work. Send us any other files or ideas you have, and we’ll get rolling!
This is rare. Sometimes we hit the nail on the head first time, sometimes it can take a number of discussions and design submissions before the client is happy with the concept. Ultimately, we always ensure our clients walk away satisfied and we feel comfortable that we have put out a finished product that meets our highest standards within the confines of the timeframe, scope and budget provided.
Also remember, the initial designs, plus the first two rounds of revisions are always included in our project quote. Take your time when considering the changes you’d like to make and ask lots of questions. In the event that your needs or desires change mid-project, we’ll work out a plan to bill for the work already completed and change gears for the new design.
The finished project will be delivered to you once your final bill is paid in full. Depending on the project, we will supply the electronic files to you on a DVD or through e-mail. We will also keep a copy of your project on file for at least 90 days.
Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes. Please see your Terms of Service document for details.
Project pricing depends on many variants, but you can be sure you are getting a great value for your custom design project. Most design jobs are charged by the hour, at a rate of $60 an hour billed in 15-minute increments.
For larger projects, we will provide a flat-rate quote and keep track of time spent on the project. If the project exceeds the original scope discussed with the client, we’ll add the extra time to the final bill.
Some businesses need ongoing support for their marketing and design projects. In those cases, we can establish a monthly retainer fee based on the number of hours you need QDD services.
Our prices depend on so many factors, it’s impossible to say in one sentence. Let’s set up a time to talk about your goals for your website, the functions and features you want, and then we’ll talk price.
Primarily, we utilize PayPal to accept major credit cards (this process does not require you to have a PayPal account). We also accept business and personal checks, and cash. A 3% convenience fee will be charged on all credit card transactions.
